The Design Process
If you’re interested in having us create your stationery, fill out the contact form or send us a message! We will get back with you shortly to answer any questions you have and set up a time to meet in person, call, or email to further discuss your options and get to know each other! During that conversation we will set up the perfect timeline for your printed needs, discuss what elements you want (save the date, invitation, rsvp, details card, etc), and talk about style, color, wording, and printing options. Once you decide to book Lively Letter Co., I will design your stationery within the timeline we agree upon. I typically give one or two options, depending on if you chose an invitation suite or fully-custom design. You will be able to choose one design and I will make edits until you are happy!
Once we have the final design approved, I will send the design to my printer. A printed proof will be sent to you for approval or we can approve a proof via email if you’re in a hurry. Your invitations will then be printed and mailed to you! Assembly is available for an additional charge.
Investment & Payment
At the beginning of the design process we will provide you with a personalized quote based on your needs that includes printing and design costs. Once you book, 50% of the price is due before the design process begins. The remaining 50% is due upon the approval of the final design, before printing.
Don’t worry if you decide to change the number of invitations or add special printing in the process! We can adjust the quote as your needs change and the difference in the updated quote will then be due at the approval of the final design prior to printing.
Printing & Add-On’s
We currently use local printers in Tulsa, OK for all of our printing, but if you have a preferred printer we can work with them. We are able to do metal foiling, embossing, letterpress, acrylic invitations, special papers, and more. Please keep in mind that specialized printing techniques add time to the printing process, so get in touch as early as possible if you’d like any specialty printing. If there is any other special printing you would like, just ask and we’ll figure out a way to make it happen!
Printed envelope addressing is available for both guest and return addresses.
